Pre-heat oven to 180°c. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook chipolatas for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
Heat dinner rolls in oven for 5-8 minutes or until warmed through.
Combine avocado and tomato in a small bowl.
Split rolls through the middle but not all the way through. Place lettuce in base and top with sausages, avocado and tomato. Drizzle with Fountain Barbecue Sauce and serve.
