What You Need
ΒΌ cup coconut milk, extra to garnish
1 small Lebanese cucumber, cut into quarters
1 bunch baby carrots, peeled, cut half
2 celery sticks, ends trimmed, cut into matchsticks
1 red capsicum, deseeded, cut into strips
4 radishes, trimmed cut into quarters
Make It

Combine Fountain Satay Sauce, coconut milk, Fountain Sweet Chilli Sauce and Fountain Soy Sauce in a medium bowl. Spoon into a serving bowl. Top with extra coconut milk. Serve with cucumber, carrots, celery sticks, red capsicum and radishes.
