What You Need
250g raw unsalted macadamia nuts
250g raw unsalted peanuts
220g unsalted natural almonds
3 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
½-1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon sweet paprika
½ teaspoon salt flakes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Place the combined nuts on a large baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes or until light golden in colour.
Meanwhile, combine the Fountain Soy & Honey Sauce, sesame oil, cumin, coriander, chilli powder, paprika and salt in a large bowl.
Add the warm nuts to the sauce mixture. Stir to coat. Spread the nut mixture over the baking tray. Bake in oven for 5-8 minutes or until dry to touch. Set aside on the tray to cool completely. Transfer to serving bowls and serve.
