Using a small knife, cut drumsticks around bone, below the knuckle. Hold end and push meat down to form a rough ball. Clean exposed bone.
Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. In a bowl, combine Fountain sauces, sugar, garlic and ginger. Add chicken, turning to coat. Marinate for 20 minutes.
Transfer drumsticks to prepared tray. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until cooked through. Serve with Fountain Plum Sauce.
